Communication takes place through personal conversations and regular meetings. Occupational safety requirements are handled by an external occupational safety specialist as needed. Management is responsible for compliance with and communication of legal/regulatory requirements, as well as for the infrastructure and working environment. Employees and partners receive regular training.

The management processes represent a clearly defined structure for our company. To this end, targets are set and their fulfilment is systematically monitored in the management review, and measures for achieving the targets are derived.

Measurement, assessment and improvements
The management system is subject to planned and unplanned audits. These audits use objective evidence to determine compliance with applicable instructions and the effectiveness of the measures taken. Any necessary corrective measures are initiated and their implementation monitored.
The QM system is evaluated and further developed through regular management reviews.
The fulfilment of customer requirements is ensured by measuring and monitoring the processes.
Corrective and preventive measures are systematically initiated in the ongoing processes and their implementation monitored.
